Swooshkey Player Content and Community Terms Publisher: Francisco Cruzado Arroyo Version: 2026-09-09 These terms govern the usernames and mallet drawings you submit to Swooshkey, operated by Francisco Cruzado Arroyo (“we”), and your conduct with other players. Your content and permission You keep ownership of your original drawings and any other rights you hold in your submitted content. You confirm that you created your content or have the permissions necessary to submit it and grant the limited permission below. Do not use someone else’s protected artwork, logos, or other material without permission or another lawful right to do so. You give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, and display your submitted content solely to operate Swooshkey and its moderation process. This includes saving your design, rendering it on your mallet, showing approved designs to opponents, displaying your username in matches and rankings, and reviewing submissions and reports. We may make technical formatting or sizing changes needed for those purposes. Service providers working for us may perform those same tasks on our behalf and only for those purposes. This permission does not authorize using your drawing in advertising or marketing. The permission lasts while the content is used or retained for these purposes, subject to the removal and retention limits below. It does not transfer ownership to us. Sharing and review Your username and mallet color can be visible to other players. A submitted drawing remains available to you while awaiting review; opponents receive a plain colored mallet until a moderator approves that exact drawing. Editing the drawing requires another review and removes its previous public version from future match pairings. Rejected drawings are withheld from public display. A match already in progress may continue displaying the version loaded when it began. Community rules Do not submit content or engage in conduct that includes: - Hate, discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats, or encouragement of harm. - Sexual or pornographic material, exploitation of children, or graphic violence. - Illegal material, infringement of another person’s rights, or disclosure of someone else’s private information. - Impersonation, scams, cheating, or deliberate misuse of reports and other safety tools. We review submitted drawings and player reports. We may reject or withhold a drawing or suspend an account for violations. An approval does not establish ownership of a drawing or prevent further review if a concern is reported. Reports, blocks, and contact Use the app’s report option for an objectionable username, drawing, or behavior. Include a useful description, but avoid unnecessary personal information. A report includes the reported player’s currently public username and mallet, the participating account identifiers, your explanation, and a match identifier if supplied. Moderators use this information to investigate; reports are not public. Blocking a player prevents future random pairings between you and hides your leaderboard entries from each other. Blocking during a match does not end that match; you can choose to forfeit separately. You can manage blocks in the app. For safety concerns, rights complaints, or an appeal, contact burritorumbero@gmail.com. We review concerns and act promptly on confirmed violations. Account deletion remains available during suspension; use email for an appeal or other help if account features are unavailable. Removing content and deleting your account You can clear or replace your drawing in the mallet editor. The change applies to future matches; a previously submitted report may still contain the public version it captured. In-app account deletion removes your current game profile and drawings, releases your username, and removes your weekly records, terms acceptance record, and both directions of your blocks. For reports involving your account, we remove your account identifier, free-text details, match identifier, and resolution text. If you were the reported player, we also remove the captured username and drawing. The other participant’s identifier may remain while that participant has an account. Reports expire 90 days after submission. Limited remaining moderation metadata may stay until that original expiry; database cleanup can take additional time after expiry. Existing backups and operational logs follow the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy (https://swooshkey.grabbiel.com/privacy). Minimal account-deletion markers and match receipt identifiers remain for protection against account recreation with deleted credentials and repeated match results. Retained copies are used only for these operational and moderation purposes, not renewed public sharing or marketing.
